Supply Risk Management

Supply chain disruption is not a question of whether. It is a question of how exposed you are when it happens.

We identify the structural vulnerabilities in your supply chain and implement the changes that reduce exposure — before the next disruption, not after.

Why it matters

Resilience is not a contingency plan. It is a structural property of how your supply chain is designed.

Most supply chain resilience work happens reactively: a supplier fails, a logistics route closes, a material becomes scarce — and the organisation scrambles to find alternatives under pressure. The cost of managing disruption reactively is always higher than the cost of reducing exposure beforehand.

The underlying problem is structural. Single-source dependencies, geographic concentration, insufficient safety stock policy, absence of qualified alternative suppliers — these are design choices that made sense individually but accumulate into fragility. No contingency plan compensates for a supply chain that was not designed to absorb shocks.

Resilience improvement addresses this at the design level: identifying the specific concentrations and dependencies that create the highest exposure, and restructuring them before they become disruptions.

How it works

Step 01 — Supply Chain Risk Mapping
We map your supply network in full: supplier dependencies, geographic concentration, single-source positions, logistics route exposure and financial vulnerability by supplier. Each risk is quantified by probability and business impact — production downtime, cost escalation, revenue at risk — giving your leadership team a clear, evidence-based view of where intervention is most urgent.

Step 02 — Structural Resilience Improvement
For each identified vulnerability, we design and implement the structural change: qualifying alternative suppliers, adjusting inventory and safety stock policy, restructuring logistics routes, introducing dual sourcing or geographic diversification. Changes are sequenced by risk priority and implemented without disrupting current supply continuity — the goal is to reduce exposure, not create new instability during the transition.

Step 03 — Resilience Governance and Monitoring

We implement the ongoing monitoring framework that ensures resilience is maintained as the supply chain evolves: risk indicators by supplier and category, early warning triggers, review cadences and escalation protocols. The framework is designed to be operated by your team independently — providing continuous visibility without requiring external support to sustain.

Our Deliverables

List and describe the key features of your solution or service.

Supply Chain
Risk Map

A structured assessment of your supply network by dependency, concentration and financial exposure — with each risk quantified by probability and business impact.

Resilience
Improvement Plan

A prioritised set of structural changes — alternative supplier qualification, dual sourcing, inventory policy, logistics diversification — sequenced by risk priority and implementable without disrupting current supply.

Alternative
Supplier Register

Qualified alternative suppliers for critical categories — assessed, commercially engaged and ready to activate without starting the qualification process under pressure.

Resilience Monitoring Framework

Risk indicators, early warning triggers and review cadences — giving your team continuous visibility of supply chain exposure as conditions change.
