We Procure International is a specialist procurement consultancy working with industrial organisations that require senior procurement expertise 
and direct operational capability. We support clients across the full procurement agenda — from strategic sourcing and cost reduction 
to operating model transformation, supplier development and digital procurement — in close collaboration with client teams 
and calibrated to the specific context of each engagement.

Our model is deliberately focused: specialist rather than generalist, senior rather than layered, 
and designed to give clients direct access to experienced support without the overhead of a large consulting structure.

Spend coverage
We work across both direct and indirect spend — materials, components and industrial supply chains on one side; services, overhead and indirect categories on the other. Most engagements require both, and we bring the same rigour to each.

Roberto Fabris

Managing Director

Roberto Fabris has over 25 years of industry and consulting experience leading procurement in complex industrial operations. He has held CPO and VP roles, operating at board level with direct P&L accountability and responsibility for multibillion-euro spend in major listed companies, including FTSE 100 blue chips, and has led procurement transformation across industry and private equity-backed businesses, from global groups to mid-sized industrial companies.

At Johnson Matthey, Forvia, Iveco, DMG MORI and Sogefi, he held senior roles, including founding and leading SOGEFI Purchasing SaS, a dedicated procurement company covering 45 plants worldwide. His career combines strategic responsibility with hands-on delivery, with particular depth in procurement systems, operating models and pioneering digital transformation across Europe, the Americas and Asia.

He holds an MSc in Aeronautical Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, is fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish, and has lived in Italy, France and the United Kingdom.
